Jireh  Wellbeing

provides a safe space to be seen,
heard and empowered to
heal.

ABOUT US

At Jireh Wellbeing, we provide compassionate, holistic, and client-centered therapy that supports mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We are a Glasgow-based therapy practice, established in 2024.

We offer counselling, psychotherapy and wellbeing workshops for children, young people, adults, couples, and families both within the practice and externally in schools and organisations. Sessions and workshops can focus on a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Why choose                 wellbeing?

Jireh

Our main approach is to provide a space where you can come as you are. We are not here to judge but to give you a safe space where you will be seen, heard, and empowered. We appreciate everyone’s journey to coming to counselling is different and our hope is that when you come into the room, you feel accepted as you are.

We work with an integrative approach, which includes different types of therapies such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Humanistic and Person-Centred, all of which is dependent on what works best for you. It’s important for us that our approach is integrative so we can find one together that works best for you so you can feel empowered, and the interventions and tools offered are ones that you feel able to try out and use if helpful. At Jireh Wellbeing, all therapists offer the same safe and 'come as you are' approach, and can also work with Linda, the therapy dog, if you would like her in the session.

“I felt truly listened to and supported from the very first session. My therapist created a safe, non-judgmental space where I could open up and work through things at my own pace.”
